Terrible customer service! Took my truck to get an oil change and tires rotated and balanced on 06/20/2016. Took over 3.5 hours to complete the work. When I brought the truck home I realized that they did not complete the rotation. So I took it back on 06/21 - tech said it would take 15 minutes to complete the job - wasn't ready for another hour! Will not be going back to this dealership for service. More

Always a good experience I recently purchased my third Charger from this dealership. I initially was not going back to the dealership just because of the distance from where I I recently purchased my third Charger from this dealership. However, upon exploring other dealerships in my area, I found Galeana's to offer the best service and was able to order a new Charger for me. My new Charger was ordered and delivered in under a month. Unbelievable! Other dealerships were telling me I would not be able to order a new vehicle. Since my original sales person left Galeana's Van xxxx Dodge, I was lucky to work with Mary O'Connell, who was nothing but top notch when it came to all my requests, questions, emails, and phone calls.
