Finally a Great Experience! Looked at most of the local dealers in the metro Detroit area. Bought vans and trucks from many over the years. The buying experience was never what I had hoped for. Sometimes, being a Chrysler employee, I felt my business was not as valued as a regular non employee. Not so at Galeana's. and especially with my salesperson Conor Ryan. No pressure from the first visit to the actual sale. Conor was a wealth of knowledge on the product and on the computer system searching for my special color and package. The entire sales area was busy and plenty of laughter and positive communication. You could tell people wanted to be here rather than the normal tense back and forth I have heard in other sales rooms. I walked out with my new truck and Conor was quick to be sure I understood all the options and controls on the truck. I appreciated that effort even after owning many RAM trucks, still learned something new. I chose to drive outside my normal shopping area to come to this dealership and glad that I did. More
