The service was great! He found us exactly what we were looking for. Even when we picked up the vehicle, he took the time to show us how to operate a few features that we weren't familiar with. Great Experience Bill Reed my made my experience at Galena's Dodge a very pleasurable experience. Bill took the time to listen to what I wanted in my next Ram Truck. Bill was able to find the truck I wanted and got the payment that I I needed to make the deal. Bill is full of energy and is very personable. Bill reed just doesn't sell cars and trucks, Bill builds relationships with his customers. This my second Ram I have leased from Galena Dodge, but my first from Bill Reed as my salesman. In the short time dealing with Bill, I felt like I have known Bill forever. Galena's Dodge should be proud to have a salesman like Bill Reed working for the dealership. Bill has a happy personality and he brings as ton of energy while doing his job. I wish every salesman was like Bill. I will recommend Bill Reed to everyone, who is looking for a new vehicle. More
Disbursement Fee/ Ransom Demand My husband and I both leased a vehicle from this dealership, within months apart. Overall we where satisfied. Until a few weeks ago when it was time t My husband and I both leased a vehicle from this dealership, within months apart. Overall we where satisfied. Until a few weeks ago when it was time to turn our leases in. Now we all know about any fees due to damage or maybe a missing key or something. But let me warn you about the "Disbursement Fee", that is added on ur lease termination if you don't release in the Chrysler family. It's more or less a ransom your being held hostage, so if u don't release or buy one of there vehicles again you will have to pay $295. This is the only way this fee will not be applied. I feel like the dealership and or salesman should have warned us about this when signing the lease agreements. Remember we leased 2 vehicles and never once was this fee mentioned, but when we asked about it all they can say really quickly was it's in the contract, It's a lot in the contract. This has made me not trust this dealership or Chrysler Capital. We feel like we returned the vehicles with no damages paid our notes on time. We held up our end of the contract why try to hold us hostage with another lease or if you dont pay this fee, for not leasing. It's unethical and I feel like the dealership should have a duty to warn there customers. Its not like if we was told about the fee ahead of time we wouldn't have gotten our vehicles. We would've still gotten them, because it's what we wanted at the time. It's upsetting to get to the end of ur lease and receive a letter in the mail about a fee that u had no idea ever existed. Then when we call they say your salesman didn't tell u, we'll it's in your contract. We all skim through the contract, but if this hasn't taught me nothing more is to never trust the people behind the desk. When ur signing this is what they tell you. "Yes sign here this is telling you how many miles you have, and this is telling you your payment amout, and this is telling you about damage's or lost keys etc....", but not once do they tell you about the Disbursement Fee or would I like to call the Ransom Demands. I hope this helps you make a decision on rather or not to deal with this business. Don't get me wrong, the service up until now was great. Until I received our ransom demand's in the mail. More
