I purchased a used Ford 2020 Mustang convertible for roughly $25,000 in early October 2023. I was unable to find car insurance. I am new to Southwest Florida. I come to find out that the DUI I had in Mi roughly $25,000 in early October 2023. I was unable to find car insurance. I am new to Southwest Florida. I come to find out that the DUI I had in Michigan from the prior summer was what was preventing the insurance to be issued. However, I had to find this out by going back to the Ford dealership I have been using for the last 30 years the Kia people could not figure out that this was what was holding it up the ad, no value whatsoever in the sales process to help me to help them to complete the sale, in addition, they contacted me in early November that they would refund the $25,000 as of yesterday Wednesday, 29 November I have been contacting them daily to find out where the money is and nobody knows More

Rich was so helpful I can't say enough great things about him. All I needed was to buy out my lease and I was totally stressed because of family issues and I was exhausted. I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and up until now have been very pleased with the sales/service departments. I have not had a reason to call them for the past 6 months until today. THEIR PHONE SYST have been very pleased with the sales/service departments. I have not had a reason to call them for the past 6 months until today. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM IS THE WORSE. I was the #1 person in line for the service dept to answer and after 15 minutes I hung up. Tried again, same thing. Called the operator, they put me back into the que. Tried the sales dept as well, same thing. Don't try to call and speak with someone. I even had the salespersons extension, response is they don't have this number!!!! More
