Service department is lousy. Unprofessional, rarely call to give update on car repair. Some reps are abrupt and rude when you talk to them. Seem to shy away from face to face communication. Honestly, I've never had an issue with the sales department, but they're service department is Garbage.. on 3 separate occasions they misdiagnosed the issues, overcharged and caused more issues to m department, but they're service department is Garbage.. on 3 separate occasions they misdiagnosed the issues, overcharged and caused more issues to my vehicles than before they ever went in.. Chad, the Manager is rude and unprofessional and the others obviously can't fix a car to save their lives..It unfortunately took me 3 separate cars and occasions to figure this out.
