Professional and fair! Great dealer! After trying other Kia dealers in SC I called Galeana and told Gates (salesman) what I was looking for and how much I could pay for it. He matched my After trying other Kia dealers in SC I called Galeana and told Gates (salesman) what I was looking for and how much I could pay for it. He matched my price over the phone and I bought the car the next day without any issues. Noone pressured me into buying anything I didn’t want and Gates turned out to be a very professional salesman. If I decide tu buy another Kia I will chose Galeana again. Great experience! More

I’m glad I drove the distance. I’m very happy I traded, drove almost an hour to the dealership, but the salesman didn’t know my Jeep had a disk player, even when I asked him. Excellent sales, detailing.. not so much I recently bought a new car at the dealership. The sales and finance were awesome to deal with. However I am less than pleased with the "detailing" m I recently bought a new car at the dealership. The sales and finance were awesome to deal with. However I am less than pleased with the "detailing" my car received up I n delivery. The stuff they put in the tires was so thick that when I drive the car it sprayed all over the side of my car. I've had a hard time getting it off. There are swirl marks in the paint on the driver fender along with some sort of substance that's been difficult to remove. I would NOT recommend them to clean a car. Also it's been almost 2 weeks and my old car hasn't been paid off yet.. slow back office. More
