A shell of itself! Worst Service Dept in my 55 years Worst service Ever! First when you call the service Dept from telephone prompt it goes to a phone VM of David who is off. Why do I know this after calling six times and leaving VM to get update on my car after two days another service guy Trent? Tells me yea he’s off. 3 days in shop 1 call of update. Still have No idea when my Jeep will be fixed. Tomorrow will be day 4. 2/8/19. Sales Dept no issues. In my 10 years of experience of dealing with Galeana Jeep the worst service Dept ever!! Update 5:50pm Just got call service rep just said Not Ready. Mechanic back Monday that will Day 5!! Nightmare! More

A wonderful, pleasant experience! I needed a vehicle quickly (my old car died!) and every single person I dealt with was amazing! Even the associates that I didn't deal with were extr I needed a vehicle quickly (my old car died!) and every single person I dealt with was amazing! Even the associates that I didn't deal with were extremely nice. Brett, my salesman, was friendly, helpful, honest and he made buying a car fun. The entire staff worked with me to ensure I was in a reliable, affordable for me car, and they also wanted me to look good! I am not a car maintenance savvy person and I made that very clear. Brett made sure I knew that I could call at anytime with maintenance questions and he would direct me to the appropriate place. The Finance Manager reiterated this as well. We were there well after closing time and not one person even was bothered by this. The customer service is outstanding!!! All in all an amazing experience in a stressful time (having no vehicle at all!).Thank you SO MUCH! More

unprofessional I brought my KIA Sportage for the software update recall. My appt. was at 9:00 but I got there around 8:30. At about 10:00 am Jeniffer said that it I brought my KIA Sportage for the software update recall. My appt. was at 9:00 but I got there around 8:30. At about 10:00 am Jeniffer said that it’s done. I signed the paperwork and got in my car and went to the express service for the oil change. Antonio wrote up my paperwork and that’s when he and I noticed that my front plate was bent and the plate bracket was broken. After the oil change I went back to KIA service. They would not even open the gate for me to drive inside by the way...,so I got out of my car and walked in and told Jennifer about my front plate. She walked outside to take a look at my front bumper and told me to wait while she goes to the back to speak to the manager. The attendant offered to straighten my front plate and brought two new brackets. He unscrewed the broken one and straightened the plate and screwed it back to the front bumper. He changed my back bracket as well. However, I also noticed that I have scratches there on the front bumper, which I don’t remember seeing before. After that I went back to see Jeniffer and asked to speak to the service manager, who assured me that my front plate was damaged in the wash. However, the car is still dirty...I told him it doesn’t look like it has been washed! I have been through many auto washes before and it has never damaged my front plate or my plate bracket! As of today three days later I am waiting to receive the video/pictures of my car going through the auto wash. Find another place to service your KIA. More
