We have discussed this with you several times. You have decided to call our employees less than flattering adjectives and accused them of doing things that are not correct. We have sent you pictures and videos of your car going in and coming out of the automatic car wash. We did see where a thin plastic bracket that goes around the front plate had broken. We replaced the front bracket and even replaced the back bracket so they would match. We offer our full service customers a car wash, vacuum and interior glass cleaning as a cutesy.. I sent you pictures and videos of your car going in to the car wash and exiting the car wash. You are now accusing the attendant of damaging your bumper. The damage to your bumper consists of rock chips and an older scratch that looks like someone attempted to touch it up. The Kia Service bay door was in the process of being repaired, someone was coming out to repair the door. We would not manually life the door because if the door came down it could have damaged a customer vehicle or even worse the customer or one of our employees. The safety of our employees and our customers is very important and we will not do anything that would put them at risk. None of our employees damaged your bumper and I am truly sorry you feel the need to accuse them of this.
