Amazing and fast service I cannot say enough good things about the team at Galeana Jeep!!! I was looking to purchase a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from CarMax and had in I cannot say enough good things about the team at Galeana Jeep!!! I was looking to purchase a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from CarMax and had in the past (on multiple occasions) been very pleased with the their car buying service- however, this was not the case and I was unfortunately VERY mislead on a vehicle, after paying to ship it from VA to SC; bait & switch. I did some research and found a comparable vehicle with Galeana for sale NEWER, with less miles, longer remaining warranty, and after rebates was close to the used price!! After giving Earl a call, he encouraged my husband and I to come in and take a look. No pressure at all, I felt very comfortable and Earl was very accommodating after all we had been thru. The team evaluated my vehicle for trade-in value and offered $1000 more than we were offered at CarMax, and helped us get the total purchase price exactly where we were comfortable. He agreed with our financing plan that we had intended on using, keeping in mind it was the best for us personally, and that made me feel even better!!! Earl made the process smooth by completing the majority of paperwork that evening and all we had left was to finalize our financing. We came in the next day and our vehicle was freshly detailed and waiting for us to finalize paperwork, receive the keys, and be on our way. Could not be happier with our decision to purchase with Galeana, Earl and his team were AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable and professional while personable at the same time. Thank you!!! We love our new Jeep!! More

I bought my car used from another dealership but this has never been an issue. I also bought an extended warranty through that dealership. There's certain avenues you have to go through when working with these types of warranties (from the warranty company side) and I have never had an issue with Kia service. I always get upfront, straightforward, honest information about my car. He provides great explanations. They work with the extended warranty company even though the warranty company doesn't make it easy. Brian is always so very helpful has a great attitude. Even though I live out of town I definitely come up here as I work up here and will make sure I stay with their service department. A+ More
