We had a very pleasant experience with Gale Toyota in 2019, when we leased a Highlander for my wife through Ted. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service by the sales rep as well as the sales manager. There was utterly no follow up on any outreach or request and when I finally got a hold of them, my interactions were anything but positive.
