Bad experience when I went to get my tire checked out for a leak. Jeffery at the counter did not come to tell me that they found the hole in the middle and took out the tire and damaged it on the rim. They a leak. Jeffery at the counter did not come to tell me that they found the hole in the middle and took out the tire and damaged it on the rim. They put the spare tire and then came to tell me. He said since there is a hole near the rim it cannot be repaired. I asked him why didn't he tell me before taking out the tire. Very unhappy with their behavior. Bad technicians and customer service.
