No words could express my feelings toward the salesperson. She treated me the way one would have treated myself if I sold the car, myself. I’d like to thank Alex for my wonderful experience today who helped me through my new car purchase process so smoothly and professionally. It started on the day when we reached out to the dealership to look who helped me through my new car purchase process so smoothly and professionally. It started on the day when we reached out to the dealership to look at the advertised vehicle and we were taken care of by Alex right away and left with a piece of mind that we will have our vehicle in a few weeks ( unlike other local dealerships). Today he offered me a lot of his time to make sure I leave knowing everything about my new car, making sure all the functions are working. I finally got my Prius The dealership worked hard to find one although they couldn't due to the chip crisis but they were always pleasant when I called them at least 30 times to see if there was a car e find one although they couldn't due to the chip crisis but they were always pleasant when I called them at least 30 times to see if there was a car ever coming.. I love my car !!! it was worth the wait. I had a sunroof put in through the dealership I am happy with it, You couldn't tell it wasn't put i n at the factory. So thank you Derrick for my car!!!!!
