Terrible service department. They have the attitude that they don't need to communicate with their customers. Happens every time I take my car in for service. Not once has someone called to give me an update. I've had to call, and on three occasions, they said they would check on my car and call back. Nope. My issue is not with how long they've had the car; it's the lack of communication with the customer. More
The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff. More

I scheduled an appointment for 0950, got there with an issue with my car window motor, my radio, and wanted to get an oil change since I was here already. Got there about 10min early explained issues goin issue with my car window motor, my radio, and wanted to get an oil change since I was here already. Got there about 10min early explained issues going on with my car. Told that the wait would be 2 hours and $99 dollars for inspection. 3 hours later rep came back to me telling me it would take another 2 hours to diagnose my issue. Mind you all they had done in 3 hours was an oil change. Came back with an estimate to fix my window. 4 hours later...finally done with motor, never did anything about my radio and charged me $300 for inspection. Total bill was just under $1000.00 for a new motor for window and an oil change. I would not recommend. Service slow, inadequate, and over priced. UPDATE... After days of trying to get in touch with them and unable to they marked that my review was completed. They have not called and I was unable to talk to anyone about this. NOT solved at all. More
I was in an accident and took my car to this dealership to see if drivable back home 210 miles south. They said no. I contacted insurance co. and after 28 days I went to pick up and the estimate rose from to see if drivable back home 210 miles south. They said no. I contacted insurance co. and after 28 days I went to pick up and the estimate rose from the $8,640.96 given and approved by insurance on 8/2/23 to $11,488.53 which I was never told of nor my insurance aware on 8/14/23. I had to pay the $11,488.53to get my car back out of my pocket and hopefully will be reimburse later. The whole experience was the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I repeatedly asked service adviser Mr. Borch Bastien to have the service manager or manager of dealership to call me and they never did. This service department is customer no service. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPT. take your car somewhere else. I have to contact the BBB and Secretary of state of FL I was told and I will. But a warning to anyone thinking of getting your car serviced here. unfortunately the person I worked with is not even listed on below as a person working with this company. After being 210 miles from my home in an accident I had no recourse but to deal with them since they were listed as only dealership representing Infiniti in Gainesville FL. No customer service, communication and I called them almost daily for 3 weeks to my service advisor. I am a 70 year old recent widow and feel taken advantage of and will report to the state. This was the WORST dealership experience I have had in the 55 years I have owned cars in 4 states. More

First time lease I came to this dealership to service my 2004 Titan. While walking around the lot I was shown a new 2020 Titan. I asked about a lease and was given an estimate that included a trade in on my truck. I was very pleased with the transaction. The new truck is amazing especially with so many standard safety features as well as improvements in the drive train and milage. Of course, it has been 16 years since I purchased a new truck and so I should expect some improvements. The staff I dealt was very accommodating and overall it was a pleasant experience. More

Missed Diagnosis We took our Nissan Murano for an electrical problem that we said seemed like a bad alternator. The service department said it was a bad battery and r We took our Nissan Murano for an electrical problem that we said seemed like a bad alternator. The service department said it was a bad battery and replaced it, but the next day the problem began to return. We took it to another repair shop and they confirmed that the alternator was not functioning and replaced it. The car is now working fine. The service rep (Alex) was friendly but the mechanic dropped the ball on this one. More

We transferred it to Gainesville and he was extra accommodating. My daughter's car looks beautiful and you can never tell there was any damage whatsoever. Everything was done in a timely fashion.
