A liar. I was assured multiple times by Jim that they were not running a hard credit check. I wanted an estimate for a monthly price on a car and was told I I was assured multiple times by Jim that they were not running a hard credit check. I wanted an estimate for a monthly price on a car and was told I had to have my credit checked. Jim entered the information wrong four times, the process took well over an hour and Jim tried distracting me with card tricks for the duration of that time. The dealership also lied about having a posted deal on a used car that I had surprisingly ”just missed”. Very unprofessional and unnecessary experience. Will be shopping online for cars from now on to avoid people like this. More
