It was a birthday / graduation / promotion surprise present! From the time my husband signed the deal and left his deposit, it was all downhill. I’m glad I was not home to see him as angry as he was the day he picked it up. They were WAY past his promise time on Feb 27th (by 8-9 HOURS), which he saw it on the 24th, BOUGHT it on the 25th and picked it up on the 27th. When he showed up, there was no gas in it nor was it washed (which after the guys said they took it off-road to “see what it could do”, you’d think that would’ve been the FIRST thing they did!). After all that, they forgot to put on the paper tag (which expired with no new tag in our hands, which I’ll get to in a minute). There was a chip in the windshield, which when purchased he was told it “would be taken care of”. I BROUGHT in my old tag from my sold truck on THE DAY the paper tag expired (apparently they don’t care if you drive around on an expired paper tag or care to send the paperwork to the DMV as NO TAG was showing newly registered to me, him or the Jeep). They did the transfer right then, gave me a registration & decal for MY tag and said we’d get a refund (this was on Mar 27th). We went in Apr 3rd (after our FOURTH time driving 30 minutes each way since no one could be bothered to return our calls) to find out about the windshield repair and when we should expect the refund (since they charged over $410 for NEW registration, which was NOT completed mostly by fault on their end, but whatever). We were told by the Finance Manager we were in the queue for the refund and he would have the sales manager would call us (insert eye roll) about the windshield repair (which we heard would be "taken care of" at LEAST once a week for the last 6 weeks). On Apr 8th this dealership mailed me ANOTHER registration and decal to the tag they had ALREADY given me a decal to (which I’m SURE they will deduct that from the refund I was told about since OBVIOUSLY them duplicating their work will be MY error, however I'm pretty sure I'll never see THAT money again). As of today (Apr 23rd)...still NO refund, NO windshield repair and NO CALLS to update on the refund, if the windshield will EVER be repaired by them and NO apologies. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here. HUGE disappointment for a dream car, which has turned into a nightmare. We were offered a free oil change and detail, but after this debacle, I will not be using any of their services!! Thanks for taking my $32k and throwing me into a dumpster like trash. More
This is the worst dealership. First they sold us a vehicle that they advertised & had the sticker on the vehicle as being a VW BETTLE CONVERTIBLE SEL, once we got home & tried to figure out how to get vehicle that they advertised & had the sticker on the vehicle as being a VW BETTLE CONVERTIBLE SEL, once we got home & tried to figure out how to get the cross-traffic alert to work & the blind spot sensors. We called the dealership & spoke with the salesman that sold us the car asking how to turn them on he said he didn’t know but would have the Internet Manager call us. We never received a call. We read through the manual & tried to figure it out then we called VW manufacturing directly & they asked for the VIN#, once they looked it up they said the vehicle is a VW Bettle Convertible SE NOT SEL which does not have the cross-traffic alert or blind spot monitors on it. We contacted the dealership & spoke to the Internet Manager who told us they just go by the VIN#, which we stated VW Manufacturing said the VIN# is an SE NOT SEL. He said there was nothing he or the dealership could do for us. We Called and ask for the General Manager & left 2 messages for him on his voicemail. We never received a response back. We filed a complaint with the BBB & said we wanted to return the vehicle. Then they contacted us & said they would take the car back & give us our car back. We already had a loan on the new vehicle. They said bring it back & we will give you a copy of the check that we will send your bank to payoff the loan & they will transfer the tag back from the VW to our vehicle. When we returned the vehicle they said they couldn’t give us a copy of the check because it goes through accounting but it would get done that day as well as transferring the tags. It has been 3 weeks & the Vehicle that we returned & they have & we have a loan on the bank has not received a check & now we had to make a payment on a vehicle we don’t have nor have have they transferred the tag back so the tag on our vehicle is still registered to the VW Bettle Convertible so now we are unable to drive that vehicle because the tag is not registered to it. We have called, sent emails & no one responds. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALERSHIP!! DONT GO TO THEM! More

I regret ever coming here for a car I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. It started with dishonest salesmen, and has escalated from there. I bought GAP insurance with I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. It started with dishonest salesmen, and has escalated from there. I bought GAP insurance with both of my vehicles. I have been trying to get this dealer to send the information to the insurance company for over 6 weeks. First they sent the information for the WRONG vehicle, and almost cancelled my GAP insurance for it. Since then, I have talked to no less than 6 people, and some of the documents have been sent. Now I get dropped on full voicemail boxes, transferred to people who have no idea what is going on, and I have been hung up on. Rude, unprofessional, and lazy staff. These are just a few of the reasons that I will NEVER purchase another vehicle here, or another Nissan. More

The service department said it was a bad battery and replaced it, but the next day the problem began to return. We took it to another repair shop and they confirmed that the alternator was not functioning and replaced it. The car is now working fine. The service rep (Alex) was friendly but the mechanic dropped the ball on this one. More
