The dealership charges over msrp by adding a package called "Krause Care" (which the app isn't working! So they sold me some items that cost thousands and I am unable to use the app to use them) that i called "Krause Care" (which the app isn't working! If I could rate my sales experience vs the financing process separately it would be 5 stars for Kevin and 1 for Gary and his boss. Even though Gary was friendly and nice to talk to, he lied to us and that never sits right with me. After the decision was finally made to purchase extended warranty, he asked how would we like to pay for it...add it to the loan? My fiancé and I quickly said no we want to keep it separate and therefore paid for it via his credit card even though the loan is in my name. Due to a family emergency, I needed to cancel the warranty, it was within 30 days but Gary would not send me a cancellation form until I asked 3rd or 4th time. Then he explained the refund would get applied to the loan and in front of his manager lied and said that we wanted him to include it in the loan so that is why he wrote it up that way. I was shocked and appalled by his behavior and unprofessionalism. I filled the form and waited, 30 days later I called to ask what is the update, and they never submitted the cancellation form! After months, it finally reflected in the loan amount. Poor final vehicle pricing- they overcharged in almost everything. I am pretty disappointed with Hyundai charging over MSRP for Krause care and their app isn't working...and the finance experience. Kevin on the other hand, was genuine, communicated well and did his best to get me in a car that suited me. Thank you, Kevin for your patience and kindness. He is also trying to escalate the issue with the Krause care app, but seems like it is not a priority for upper management. More
