Service tech was new and spent a lot of time talking about what his job was, previous job history, etc rather than using that time to ACTUALLY DO HIS JOB. When I declined the quote, saying it was ridiculously high, he asked "well, where to you need to be on this?" I NEED FAIR AND HONEST PRICING UP FRONT!!!! was what I was thinking. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never do business with Gainesville Hyundai. More
