If you want to have to call and get your own updates, if you are lucky enough to get an advisor on the phone this is the place for you. They kept my car 13 days. I was called by this dealership once. On the 9th day I called them and was told I needed a new transmission. Day 13 I was told we did a few updates to the car and it’s ready. What? Take your car somewhere else. Somewhere who won’t treat you like you are bothering them when you call. Somewhere that will return your call when you leave a message. Most importantly somewhere that seems to know what it is they are doing. Your first impression is with your service advisor and that impression was sad. More
