Disappointed My car was taken in for ac repair on 6/11/18. I picked it up on 6/16/18. After paying $2500 and getting in my car with nothing coming out of the vent My car was taken in for ac repair on 6/11/18. I picked it up on 6/16/18. After paying $2500 and getting in my car with nothing coming out of the vents. I was not a happy camper. A mechanic took it to the back for less than 10 minutes and ac was working fine. After being home few days I found out no air would come out of defroster. Everything was ice cold coming out of vents even when on defrost. Needless to say I had to take my car back yesterday for the defroster and my check engine light was on. Two hours later and $459 I was told my car was fixed. When I got in my vehicle it smelled just like gasoline. Hopefully my car is fixed because myself and 5 ladies are going out of town next week. I have bragged so much on my Enclave I hope this doesn't continue. More

Crazy expensive for was done I asked to have front windshield wipers replaced. I should have asked how much that cost, so it was my mistake which I won't make again. $100 for wi I asked to have front windshield wipers replaced. Again my fault I should have just done it myself for $20. More

Disappointed My vehicle was serviced last year due to AC blowing warm air/fumes, I was advised I received a new compressor. The vehicle was returned last month du My vehicle was serviced last year due to AC blowing warm air/fumes, I was advised I received a new compressor. The vehicle was returned last month due to same AC problems along with the car battery not holding a charge. I was advised by the service rep that the battery had to be replaced this time and the ac problems was due to the battery. I was also advised if I continued to have AC problems to return the vehicle for service, and the warranty was still valid. I returned to the dealer last week due to ac blowing out warm air and the smell coming from the ac was awful. The regular service rep was not present so I spoke to Kim who wanted to charge me for another diagnostic charge when the other rep stated they knew what the problem was. She checked me in and stated that she was going to have another rep come speak to me regarding the diagnostic charge. That rep called me on the phone when I was present in the building 2.5 hours later to let me know that I would have to pay $600.00+ due to a expansion valve and 2 seals. I questioned the rep and asked if this could have been the problem last year since I was still having the same problem and was advised that it could have been. Last year I had a warranty and the part could have been replaced if someone would have checked the expansion valve at that time. Also, the compressor malfunction could have caused the expansion valve to go bad... Is it possible that it was clogged last year? After, I decided not to have this work done to investigate further, I am presented with a bill for the diagnostic service which Kim never had me sign. I am upset she stated she was turning the problem over to the other rep, he never met with me until the job was over. He should have me with me at the beginning to explain the costs. Then I was advised to go on the internet and purchase another warranty. Whats the purpose of purchasing another warranty when I have a pre-existing problem that has been documented? More
