Good people you can trust Although purchased my second new Tahoe at a nearby dealership. I have gone to the Buick/GMC dealership for service the last four years. Kim and Ian are very courteous and professional; they have never tried a high pressure sale a service, they will explain what is need and why. Service is very timely and fixed the first time. The last time I was there, I was talking to one of the sales staff and I stated that my Tahoe did not have Bluetooth. He said it should and said he would help me set it up which he did. I was shocked to find out I had the Bluetooth, after two years. The day before my last visit I called Kim and asked her if she would check my warranty information, she did and called me back promptly with the information. This is a characteristic of this dealership. They are helpful and will go out of the way to help you. More

This visit was to repair the rear I have used this dealership many times -- for sales, service and body work. I have always been extremely pleased. This visit was to repair the rear bumper on my 2011 Jeep Compass. I explained to my service writer that I had inadequate coverage for my rental car (which I have since increased!) and that it would be very helpful to have my vehicle back in two days rather than three. Alanzo found a way to make this happen. The repair looks fantastic and I have had yet another great experience at this dealership. More

They gave me the use of a loaner while my car was being serviced, recommended hotels to stay in for the unscheduled overnight visit, and suggested nice dining establishments. The service advisor, David Chaffin, prioritized my service since I was trying to get back home after spring break. The technician was very nice and showed me exactly what had caused my issue. Very nice and very professional staff. The popcorn was good too. More
No one is ever "happy" to have to go to a collision repair center....accidents happen...sadly sometimes when you let some one else drive your car ! I had someone hit my car in a parking lot and needed to have the bumper replaced. I took it to Teresa and they had it done hours sooner than I had planned, so I was only without a car for a fraction of a d have the bumper replaced. My son, a new driver, learned what a blind spot was using my car. Several times. He repeatedly backed into things: my mother's car, a pole in a parking lot (twice), the garage door. I took it to the collision center to have the rear bumper replaced. They ordered the bumper, had it painted in advance, and I took my car in to have it put on, and was our of there in about 45 minutes. They did an excellent job matching the paint, and the service was friendly and top notch. Rather than make an insurance claim, I paid cash for the repair, and the price was very competitive. I would definitely go back (although I'm hoping I won't need to, since my son now has his own transportation and doesn't drive my car anymore). Great staff and Teresa was awesome! More
Prior to coming to Gainesville GMC , two other shops had worked on my Yukon with no positive results. it cost me $480.00 to continue to have the same problem !! I was on a hunting trip away from home and decided to go to Gainesville GMC on Saturday afternoon. Arrived @ 3:30 but Kevin understood my situation and had Joel look at my truck. Within 15 minutes Joel was back with how to fix it ! Parts needed to ordered , but Kevin was able to coordinate a rental car for me. when people know their job and perform it well, an ugly situation becomes a good experience. Gainesville GMC has just gained an out of town customer ! Friendly, competent and value based service is worth the drive. When you know what you are getting, it's worth it !! Thanks Kevin and Joel for getting me back on happy street. More
