I had the pleasure to work with Hector when buying my new vehicle. I am from South Florida and wasn’t able to see the car in person, but he was kind and patient enough to show it to me a few times on video c vehicle. Dealer is horrible after the sale. I requested over 3 months to have my extended warranty refunded and has yet to receive the refund. You will need to hound them to get anything done!
