Dealer is horrible after the sale. I requested over 3 months to have my extended warranty refunded and has yet to receive the refund. You will need to hound them to get anything done! Morgan Meyers is unethical and untrustworthy. He tried to keep my vehicle, he took my keys and held them in his office and told me I could not get my car back unless I paid for my services in cas He tried to keep my vehicle, he took my keys and held them in his office and told me I could not get my car back unless I paid for my services in cash only. I told him this establishment takes credit cards and he told me I had to pay with cash only or he would not take my payment. I went to the Buick repair shop for a $70.00 oil change and was charged $270.00. I have never been treated with such disrespect and he told me he could do what he wants because it was my word against his word. He is a jerk, liar, unprofessional and unethical. Never will I spend another dollar at this dealership. Morgan would provide me with his business card or contact information to file a complaint. I had to find his contact info on my own.
