Purchased a used 2021 Chevy Malibu from them back in April and recently went back for my free oil change and to get my tires rotated. When I was looking at the car I noticed the glovebox was damaged and April and recently went back for my free oil change and to get my tires rotated. When I was looking at the car I noticed the glovebox was damaged and was told that they would get that fixed for me. The keyless entry also did not work on the car when I purchased it, which I, again, was told they would get it taken care of. I even bought a warranty, which I was told would cover all the electronics in the car but, looking back on the warranty, electronics was never checked as part of this warranty. This weekend when I mentioned both things they told me it was "not in their system" under some kind of "we owe" area of the contract. This was never brought up at all nor was it shown to me when I was signing off on the contract. Now that it's 3 months later they will no longer be fixing these things since there is no record of it and I also have learned that fixing the glove box includes replacing the entire dashboard! I thought "at least I got my tires rotated..." Nope! Come to find out the car I purchased had 3 different types of tires on the vehicle, so upon tire rotation and being able to drive off the property with that not even being mentioned to me the car was pulling hard to the right. I brought it back to the dealership immediately which is when they told me the bad news that I had mismatched tires. I spoke to the sales manager and he said they would "see if they could get me discounted labor on the tires." They unrotated my tires and are refunding the amount I paid and will supposedly call me by Tuesday about getting the other two tires replaced to match. The lady who sold me my car seemed really bothered by me that I was even asking questions and was quite rude and eventually just told me to talk to the sales manager as if she was sick of dealing with it. I was told that to diagnose the issues with the keyless entry and some separate shifter issues I was having that it would cost $190 to diagnose, but they wouldn't be able to tell me if that was covered by my warranty until after they did it and charged me. Absolutely wicked business practices. If you buy from here, double, triple, and quadruple check every warranty/contract you sign. Will update my review once I hear back on everything but as of right now, I'm ridiculously upset with how I was misled. More

Brought our 22 GMC Denali in for a battery, not really looking to buy a new truck but Mathew came out and showed us a 24 2500 and it had the prettiest color, between a brown and maroon. We worked a deal traded in the 22 and drove off the lot with the 24. Mathew was great in working the deal, getting the truck prepped with a full tank of diesel and then setting us up on the app. Great guy! More
