well guys...I purchased a vehicle (16 Chrysler 300) last week from Salesman Mathew Martin. This young man did an awesome job in selling this car! The only thing I was displeased is I took the car the next day to get it service ( Which I do everytime I buy a car) just to clear my mind n found out the car had TWO BENT RIMS (INSIDE AREA!) NO BUENO...I love this car but felt bad about the work that the service department does to prepare the car for the market! the bent is in plain site when u place the car on the lift! so if u ask me how reliable the service department must be to be called "Certified Dealership" I will tell u DONT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OR FOR THAT MATTER THEIR DETAIL GUYS!!! SMH! TOO AFRAID TO TAKE THIS CAR BACK THERE FOR ANY SERVICE!!! the salesman Matt is polite n respectful in every way and they should be glad to have this young man in their sales department! More

Finance department was a nightmare My sales men were amazing, however it took 5 days for the finance department to give me information on financing options. I was deciding between buyi My sales men were amazing, however it took 5 days for the finance department to give me information on financing options. I was deciding between buying a used car cash or using the dealers suggested option of financing. They gave me the run around for 5 days until I finally came in and told them supply me the information or I walk. They preceded to give me the financials on a hand written sheet of of paper on the back of another printed paper. I walked out on the deal because that's not professional at all. The general manager came and apologize and adjusted the deal to retain my business. I was then being taken care of by the financial director and he walked passed my wife to shake my hand as if she was not someone worthy of his respect. The sales men were amazing but the financial department from the top to the bottom were unprofessional and I will go to another GMC for future purchases. Also they constantly called me brother as if they knew me somehow. I am 40 years old it's sir. I respect you with sir, please show me the same respect. More
