Travelled from Jacksonville twice, to complete the deal, which was really no problem. Issues below. #1 Was promised someone would mail me or, meet me with the car mats that were advertised with the vehicle which was really no problem. Issues below. #1 Was promised someone would mail me or, meet me with the car mats that were advertised with the vehicle... have texted the sales manager numerous times, only to be left on read. I am not naive, and have been promised in person, that the car mats would be delivered, yet, to no avail. #2 I ended up corresponding with three different 'sales managers', being consistent in communication about my terms. It wasnt until I was assured that my terms were meetable, that I travelled back down to close (my 2nd time). Upon the FINAL review of the terms, financing through the dealership, I discovered everything was set to 12 months longer of a term, than I had been discussing the entire 10 days before!!! When looking, a platinum package had been slid in, thus creating the 12 months longer, to keep me at a manageable payment. (Mind you, I had been adamant the entire time, about not needing/wanting an extended warranty / service package.) I was ready to walk away, and drive the 1.5 hours back frusturated.....however, the deal was done in my terms in the end. I felt mislead, and with not delivering on promises about the car mats, felt lied to. Hopefully, this was a one-off for this dealership, however, I'm not so sure. More
