OK, I had an impossible situation. I just bought a beautiful new car from this dealership, trading in my truck. BUT, A few days later took the pretty new car back to have some minor d I just bought a beautiful new car from this dealership, trading in my truck. BUT, A few days later took the pretty new car back to have some minor detail fixed. While there I saw a truck I had wanted for a long time. So I asked for the impossible to happen..could I please have that truck instead of my pretty new car? I had actually seen this truck on the lot when I bought the car, but someone was going thru it like they had bought it. Cannot believe the dealership made it happen. And they were so nice about everything. Hopefully this is my truck for life thanks to these guys. Special thanks to Matt and Ryan, they're the best! More

The worst customer service ever. I trusted Cortlan Watson to sell me a car that would last, being that I knew him previously,like family, I thought I could trust him . I WAS WRONG. H I trusted Cortlan Watson to sell me a car that would last, being that I knew him previously,like family, I thought I could trust him . I WAS WRONG. He basically sold me a lemon so I had to get a new one within 6months, credit is immaculate so that wasn’t an issue, thank God. Fast forward . I cancelled my insurance on June 28, 2022 they said 6-8 weeks in 4 days it would be 4 months. I’ve made SEVERAL calls in between the months that has passed with a promise I would get a return call,or they will look into it and get back to me . WILLY the finance person at GMC didn’t process my paperwork until OCT.21, 2022 after my several attempts of trying to figure out if I was missing a signature a document, everything was good on my end, and my threat to call corporate. If you can save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place ! More
