Good experience with sales reps. Finance person tried to increase my price by $500 and acted like he didn’t know. He shouldn’t be doing anything without the signed price agreement. I was contacted by Gainesville Buick about trading in my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership for my scheduled appointment I was greeted by a salesperson, who had already chosen the Trade in vehicle vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership for my scheduled appointment I was greeted by a salesperson, who had already chosen the Trade in vehicle for me. The car he had chosen for me was the same make, the same model, one year newer than the vehicle I own, oh and let’s not forget the god awful color...When I asked the salesperson if there were anymore options to choose from this clown says “NO”!!!!!
