I spent 26k on a truck from Gainesville Buick Gmc and flew down from Connecticut and drove it back they did not have my paperwork ready so I had no paperwork to drive back with they didn't put a temp pla flew down from Connecticut and drove it back they did not have my paperwork ready so I had no paperwork to drive back with they didn't put a temp plate on the truck k so I had to drive back with no plate all the way to Connecticut and I still have not recieved my paperwork or my title and I'm running out of time to register my vehicle noone would ever call me back even after I sent the payment I had to call and get ahold of someone to verify it . I traded in my Jeep at the beginning of August. It is now October and the dealership has still not paid off my Jeep. They overnighted the first check (a month after I traded in my Jeep) and it wasn It is now October and the dealership has still not paid off my Jeep. They overnighted the first check (a month after I traded in my Jeep) and it wasn’t enough so they told the bank to shred it and they’d overnight a new one. This has yet to happen. I had to make an extra payment on the Jeep that is not in my possession in order to keep my credit from being hit. This place needs to be shut down. More

My daughter had her vehicle "repaired" by this dealer after hitting a deer. They kept her vehicle so long her insurance rental expired. When we presented to get her unfinished vehicle back, the work s after hitting a deer. They kept her vehicle so long her insurance rental expired. When we presented to get her unfinished vehicle back, the work still was not completed and this dealer would not relinquish the vehicle without my daughter signing the insurance form. Alonzo promised they would call as soon as the part arrived and would complete the repair at no additional charge. Of course, he never called. My daughters has called them 5 times since with no luck. It has been 1 year and they have not completed the promised repair. Very fraudulent and shady repair department. More
