I brought 3 cars at Gainesville Buick and I’m not driving the 1 I wanted bad deal rushed I didn’t get to test drive the car are nothing . Payment which is more Than wanted to pay , to many things happed to fast, I’m not even sure if I got the employee discount I work for Swift transportation just a bad deal for me, I tried to return the car the next day with in a 24 hr period I have went from owing 28000 to financing 39000 owing 57000 and I’m not driving a driving a bidder car or the car I wanted, the transmission went out in the second car that I bought there it was under warranty they gave me loaner the Envison Avinir had it for about a month I got very comfortable driving it and wanted something bigger like that I even. Asked if I could get something like that, I should have just left he said the payments would be around $800 I feel they could have worked a better deal since I have brought 3 car there since 2020i got the 1st Encore due to and accident which total my car ,the 2nd Encore for my birthday upgrade to a little bigger car with a few bells and whistle then the transmission went out which brings me to my present situation. I feel I should have been given more options after all I am the one that has to pay More
Today, I had a very unprofessional experience from your service team and would NEVER buy a car again from Morgan GMAC Gainesville or any Morgan Group advertising this FAKE platinum warranty! I bought ONE y service team and would NEVER buy a car again from Morgan GMAC Gainesville or any Morgan Group advertising this FAKE platinum warranty! I bought ONE year ago a 2018 Z06 Corvette with 28k miles with your “Platinum” Lifetime Warranty PLUS additional Bumper to Bumper Warranty for 5 years! I had some issues with my Z06 transmission shuddering and harsh shifting between first and second and back down especially when it goes into the V4 mode. Today Luke your service advisor told me , this is not covered and we need $170 diagnostic fee and then we will give you the repair cost and tell you if its covered or Not covered under warranty! I told him I’m confused. I have a warranty, bumper-to-bumper, for five years and You’re “platinum “ lifetime through Morgan and extended 5 year platinum package through Fidelity, bumper to bumper. so how do I owe you $170 diagnostic fee if everything should be covered, bumper-to-bumper? you’re supposed to cover the transmission under your platinum lifetime warranty through Morgan, that was given to me when I bought the car, and you advertise on your site! Luke Quaters , said “ basically I’m just relating to you the procedures and the cost”, and then he just stared at me. I told him just go ahead and do the oil change like I had scheduled today. He then said Well since you are going to argue we are just going to deny any service. So I said, unless I agree to pay you $170, your not even going to honor my remaining oil changes I even have!!! I was so upset that I was getting treated like trash and denied service that is owed to me! Those oil changes are about $800! That is owed to me! This is fraud!!! I told him then I wanted to speak to his manager. He put his head down and he said it will be a moment. He made me wait! I left service and went to the front building Sales, and told the manager that I was going to come in and purchase a truck for my son after my service but not anymore after getting treated like trash and being told that my car isnt covered anymore! Plus Morgan fraudulently, not honoring my oil changes because now they don’t like me! Jason Baughman came in and said he was Service MANAGER, told me that it’s going to be $170 for diagnostic fee and then they would tell me how much the transmission and if it was covered or not, I told them I have the warranty he said after the diagnostic is paid for then we’ll see if it’s covered. I said that doesn’t make sense. He said “I have no time for you LADY“! “thats what it is! “, He turned his back on me and left the building! I have been a manager for over 30 years and a manager never acts like that! I never been so insulted in my whole entire life! If that’s the way you treat customers that pay almost $100,000 for a vehicle!!!! I guess you must have plenty of customers to just throw away! I will make sure everyone knows how badly I was treated in your dealership today and how I was defrauded by your company! More

So they brought up a car for me to test drive, and I decided to get the car. I had the car for about a week and they called me back telling me they gave me the wrong car but they had another one with th decided to get the car. I had the car for about a week and they called me back telling me they gave me the wrong car but they had another one with the same make and color if I could switch it out. I did, but the replacement car was not the same color(it was a much lighter color), and they tried to give it to me with a tire with a hole in it, and the gas tank almost empty. A day after I got this replacement car one of the headlights stops working. I bring it back and they said it was my fault for not test driving the car even though they brought up the wrong car to begin with so how was I supposed to know they gave me the wrong one? Very unprofessional. Feel like I was sold a false bill of goods only for them to switch everything around a week later. Would not recommend. More
