I found the vehicle online, negotiated the price of my trade-in, and arranged my financing in advance with the prompt and professional assistance of Andrew Vislosky. When my wife and I arrived at dealership, Sam Esposito met us at the door and personally accompanied us through each step of the process. In addition, Matt Kynard secured me some excellent financing and had all of the documentation in order. Finally, Sam spent close to an hour explaining the many advanced features of the vehicle, which was extremely helpful for me since I had not purchased a new car in over 10 years. Customer Satisfaciton is #1 Object of the Entire Staff We were meet at the entrance to the dealership by a smiling, well informed and non-pushy sale man ( Saul Esposito). Having visited MANY dealerships in the pasted few week, while determining the best large SUV for our needs, this was a pleasant change. Saul Esposito was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He explained all the options available and how easy they were to access. After meeting with Saul Esposito we meet the manager, Andrew Vislosky, he was attentive and interested in what we were interested in buying and making sure we well taken care of at the dealership. Saul Esposito lead us through all the paperwork with ease and handed us off to the finance department to deal with, Matt Kynard. Matt made the signing of many papers informative and an easy experience. When we finished Sam Espostio once again show us our new purchase and spent extra time showing us all the options and answering any questions we had. Andrew Vislosky checked in with us again to make sure the purchase has been satisfactory and ask if he could be of further service. The dealership is obviously interested in customer satisfaction and service, we would highly recommend the purchase of a car at this dealership. More
Overall Great Experience with a couple hiccups I found a 2010 Tahoe online at this dealership via AutoTrader. I live about 2 hours from Gainesville, so I wanted to make sure I was getting a good d I found a 2010 Tahoe online at this dealership via AutoTrader. I live about 2 hours from Gainesville, so I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal before heading up there. I dealt with Brian Rundle, the Internet Sales Manager, to discuss the truck and work out a deal. Within 24 hours we had a deal in place and we drove up the next day to pick up the truck. Overall, the truck was as described and was a great replacement for our old Tahoe. There were a few very minor things wrong with the truck, but those issues were taken care of before we left the dealership. The only thing that wasn't resolved was a spot on the hood that was previously repaired (poorly) and it stood out from the rest of the paint. I spoke to Brian about this issue and he said he'd check with the previous owner and if it's a new issue that popped up, we could discuss fixing it at that time. It turns out the paint was repaired about 2 years prior and it didn't seem to be causing a major issue currently, so since we had gotten a good deal on the price, we let it slide. We were treated well by the entire staff during our time there, especially Mike Bonn, who we spent most of our time with on the purchase day. It did take a bit longer than expected to get everything fixed and done, but some of that had to do with me asking them to remove the electric trailer brake from my old truck and move it to the new one. We brought the truck home and we were happy with our purchase. Within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle, we noticed the sound of the belt slipping and a burning smell. It turns out there was a bad belt tensioner and the belt also needed to be replaced. Being that this item is a "wearable" item it wasn't covered by the 3 yr GM Warranty we had purchased with our vehicle. Having to spend $230 on a "new to me" vehicle right after purchasing it was unsettling to say the least. I felt that since the Tahoe we bought was "Diamond Certified", that the dealership should've caught this problem before purchase and thus were responsible for the cost. After contacting the GM, Andrew Vislosky, and notifying him of the issue he quickly offered to cover the $230 cost to replace the tensioner and belt. This kind of post-purchase service is EXTREMELY important when finding out what a dealership is truly like to deal with long term. Dealers that are in it for the money instead of the customer would never offer this kind of service. Purchasing a used vehicle and having a dealer work with you to sort out an issue after the ink is dry, is key in my book and is just one of the reasons why this is a great dealership to purchase from again and again. Totally worth the 4 hr round trip drive! The last thing I wanted to mention is that they helped us get an AMAZING rate on our financing. We were very happy they were able to help provide such a great rate for a used vehicle. It is by far the best interest rate we've ever had on any purchase. Mike supplied us with the 'out the door' price before we visited which was very competitive (used car). As it turns out, we were not 100% satisfied with the car we drove down to see, but luckily there was another great car that was priced comparatively and of better quality. Financing was easy and we drove home with the car that day - happy customers. More
