While my salesman Chris Salter was great, the rest of the dealership left something to be desired. We drove three hours to come to this dealership for a specific vehicle because of the price. So the car was at least a grand more than we thought, to me this is a deceptive sales practice, list the accurate price of the car…. Finance “manager” Richard, seemed to not care at all once we said we didn’t want the extended warranty. He did not explain a single thing to me that I was signing and made absolutely no effort to have any kind of conversation with us.
