I told him this establishment takes credit cards and he told me I had to pay with cash only or he would not take my payment. I went to the Buick repair shop for a $70.00 oil change and was charged $270.00. I have never been treated with such disrespect and he told me he could do what he wants because it was my word against his word. He is a jerk, liar, unprofessional and unethical. Never will I spend another dollar at this dealership. Morgan would provide me with his business card or contact information to file a complaint. I had to find his contact info on my own. While my salesman Chris Salter was great, the rest of the dealership left something to be desired. We drove three hours to come to this dealership for a specific vehicle because of the price. Only to get there and find out that it’s in the “fine print” that there’s this “GMC Gainesville advantage plan” they add onto all their used cars and customers aren’t given the option to refuse it. So the car was at least a grand more than we thought, to me this is a deceptive sales practice, list the accurate price of the car…. Finance “manager” Richard, seemed to not care at all once we said we didn’t want the extended warranty. He did not explain a single thing to me that I was signing and made absolutely no effort to have any kind of conversation with us. We tried to inform Jose of this and the response was basically “oh ok, thanks for letting us know” Even if I lived locally to this dealership I probably wouldn’t return here for another car again.
