Worst Experience in 20 Years Salesperson was good but offered a deal that he was not authorized to offer. He was disorganized, changed numbers, redid paperwork several times, and we were told financing had been approved--only to find out the next day it was not. I wish I'd gone to the Palatka dealership instead--at least they are honest. Don't deal here. Worst car buying experience in 20+ years. More

Finally, we took a step to see some cars at Gainesville Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep. A family member was pleased which caused us to stop there first. Additionally, I had put some personal information on line looking for a vehicle and was diluged with emails and phone messages from other dealers. Fast forward to Gainesville CDJ; the experience was more than pleasant. There was no pressure, just take your time and look. We were introduced to Bill Bowers, one of the sales consultants. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up purchasing a new Pacifica Ltd. and it was a car that my wife and I found on our own and quite frankly, fell in complete like for it. We began talking with Bill, then took the van for a ride and then came to terms with him. We have a vehicle that we found, had an incredibly positive experience with Bill along with his co-workers including John Hollier and Steve Treadway. Each of these men, stayed with me into the evening and I left completely satisfied. I would stongly recommend Gainesville Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep for your vehicle needs and if you want to be pleasantly informed and treated, look for Bill Bowers. You won't be diappointed! More

These people are xxxxxxxxx!!! Ok that's not it I said ok!! We get back there from over a hour away and give proof of what they asked for we sign and they go to fill up the tank ( which I had to fight for) and take my $3500 down payment and transfer it to my insurance company well while away filling my tank i was told I couldn't have it now don't know why but I didn't get it really pissed me off so while leaving we over hear 2 sales ppl talking about how they trick p by saying someone is interested in it so they come by it smh what a shame and our sells person Sebastian was AWFUL!!! HE would walk away while trying to say something and was very unprofessional!! Will not be going back!!! More
