This Dealer sells on Ebay and I had a bad experience with them. I notified Ebay. I would stay away from them. Go to Yelp and see all the 1 star reviews they have. them. I notified Ebay. I would stay away from them. Go to Yelp and see all the 1 star reviews they have. More

Even though this is a classic car consignment service, there are some aspects of a used car dealer here. I have and will continue to recommend them because they have a great inventory and friendly staff. there are some aspects of a used car dealer here. I have and will continue to recommend them because they have a great inventory and friendly staff. However, you need to be aware that their goal is to sell the car, so you need to be an informed consumer. In my purchase, there were claims that were made re: mileage on a rebuilt engine via the copy on the posting on the web site, but none of these claims could be substantiated with any paperwork or documentation (of which there was plenty). Are they just relaying what the seller told them, or are they making stuff up trying to sell a car? Who cares? The end result is the same. Trust but verify. Other things to watch out for - they reuse a lot of the same verbiage on their website for each ad around how the car was cared for, recent maintenance, etc. Don't trust what you read. As far as I'm concerned, if there are no receipts, maintenance didn't happen. Get an independent inspection even if there are receipts. If there is no documentation, take that into consideration when you make your offer. The sales process is very simple. We negotiated so quickly that I probably overpaid, but I came away happy with what I got. Title and license plates were handled, and it was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. More
I was sold a classic vehicle with title issues. Had to work the problem up to Jeff, the "owner" who has been worthless in the process. Poor communication, very defensive if you say something not in his favor, and very condescending forgetting that a customer can very well be a return customer or equally if not more as "important" or "wealthy" or "busy" as him. I had an opportunity to pick up a bucket list car for my wife, a '67 427 Vette from GR Auto Gallery. I'm from Wisconsin and saw the car online. The pictures and videos provided were spot on with the details written about the car. I had the opportunity to work directly with one of the co-owners, Chris Hoexum and he treated our deal like I was part of his family. His staff was very forthright and personable, which made the documentation process a breeze! My wife and I could not be happier with the transaction! The car was represented well and the transportation company representatives were true professionals. All in all, we were appreciative of the efforts from everyone involved to make sure we were satisfied. No two ways around it, we'll be return customers time and time again! More

Currently servicing King Midget that gentleman bought ( see his one star review ). Worse case of hack work I've ever seen. I am going to have to mechanically rebuild the entire drive train. In my opinion this is fraud and misrepresentation. I will be contacting the Michigan office of consumer affairs, the AG and the Florida AG. Horrible abuse of an elderly man's trust. More
Smooth and fun transaction on a specialty vehicle! Purchased a very custom hot rod from GR Auto Gallery and was taken care of properly and efficient from the start. No sales BS or hoops to jump thru. As I stated, a new paint job a refurbishment does not make. Electrical problems up the wazoo. No horn, no brake lights, no license plate lights, No charging (runs on battery only). Mechanical problems: Shocks actually screwed in place so they would not make noise. gas pedal sticks in accelerator position ( almost crashed) , turns right when you release the steering wheel. Brackets mounted in wrong position and will need re-welding. Clutch cable frozen in place. Had to tow it to a mechanic who specializes in this car. Says it will take 2-4 weeks and $$$ to undue the BS that was done to this car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY More
Good Purchase Experience at GR Auto Gallery I am an experienced car collector. Late this past summer I became interested at two antique Ford cars consigned for sale at GR Auto Gallery. I couldn't decide which to buy so I made an offer for both. After some time we agreed on price and now they are both home here in my garage. I am delighted with the cars and the good experience I had purchasing them. Everyone at GR Auto Gallery treated me courteously. They accurately represented the 70 and 90 year old cars that I chose and they were welcoming and accommodating when I performed my own inspection of the cars on site. As we negotiated price and terms, they represented the consigning seller well, working to obtain the best deal for their client, while also treating my offers fairly. A tough balancing act! I respected their handling, and as a result I think I would be comfortable consigning a vehicle for sale at GR Auto Gallery someday too. Paperwork was expertly prepared by Liz Burke and vehicle delivery was performed just right by the GR Auto Gallery staff. Overall a 5-star purchase experience for which I am grateful. My thanks again to everyone at GR Auto Gallery and especially to sales representative Ralph Suk, a good man who did a fine job for everyone. More
