I initially inquired as to the availability of the Austin Healey 3000 and was helped by Christopher Harty. I made an offer on the vehicle, the owner countered and we came to an agreed upon price. Just waiting for delivery as it's bought and paid for. Chris has still made himself available and even after the sale still answers my calls and questions. All in all a very good experience. I have not contacted Chris Hoexum because I've had no complaints at this point in the transaction. Looking forward to delivery of the Austin Healey 3000 MK111! More

We weren’t able to come to a deal on the car that I wanted, but the sales associate was helpful and courteous and I’m hoping we might make a deal in the coming weeks. I would not recommend this dealership unless you physically go and inspect the car you are buying. I was told they have NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT so any questions on the vehicle will not be answered exc physically go and inspect the car you are buying. I was told they have NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT so any questions on the vehicle will not be answered except for paint and shine. They were less than honest, short on descriptions and questions, and did not follow through on what they tell you or promise. They do have good selections and are in the ballpark with value. Was told that fluids would be topped off and battery charged prior to delivery. Was also told I would be contacted when vehicle left facility to be delivered. They topped of the radiator that leaks and needs replaced (not disclosed). They charged a junk battery(not disclosed) that had to be jumped to get it off transport vehicle. I was contacted by the delivery driver when he was 20 minutes from my house during a snowstorm. More

BOUGHT A CAR BACK IN 2021 SIGHT-UNSEEN FROM THE TRAVERSE CITY LOCATION SINCE I WAS 4.5 HOURS AWAY. YOU'D THINK WHEN THE LISTING SAYS THE CAR NEEDS NOTHING THAT IT WOULD BE SOLID, MAYBE A COUPLE SMA TRAVERSE CITY LOCATION SINCE I WAS 4.5 HOURS AWAY. YOU'D THINK WHEN THE LISTING SAYS THE CAR NEEDS NOTHING THAT IT WOULD BE SOLID, MAYBE A COUPLE SMALLER ISSUES BUT NOTHING MAJOR. UNFORTUNATELY THIS DEALER SCAMMED ME REALLY BAD. I CURRENTLY HAVE $10,000 INTO FIXING MECHANICAL REPAIRS AND STILL AM NOT DONE. EITHER THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NEGLIGENTLY UNINTELLIGENT WITH VEHICLES OR KNOWINGLY SCAM PEOPLE. SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THEME WITH THIS COMPANY, JUST LOOK UP REVIEWS ON CARS.COM I AM IN $30,000 ON A VEHICLE THAT NEEDS ANOTHER 3-4K MINIMUM AND IS ONLY WORTH LOW 20S. BECAUSE OF BEING SCAMMED I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO START A BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS CAR NEEDING SO MUCH WORK AND BEING UNABLE TO SELL IT TO TRY TO CUT MY LOSSES. ALSO BUYBACK GUARANTEE THAT IS OFFERED IS ONLY FOR 3 DAYS AND 30 MILES OR LESS DRIVEN PLUS YOU ONLY GET 75% BACK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.
