We heard such good things about this dealership but we ended up wasting days for absolutely no gain here. We went in first and were lacking the correct paperwork, so we made an appointment to come back. O ended up wasting days for absolutely no gain here. Our appointment was at 2:30 and the person we made that appointment with didn’t show up to the dealership until 6:00. We met with another salesman during that time and left with the thought that he was going to work on getting up approved for what we could. He gave us one (1) option of a vehicle and assured me he had tried over 20 other vehicles but that was the only one. (Even though there were cheaper ones that I liked). I told him we weren’t super interested in that one and asked if he could continue looking and reach out to us when there was another option. He said he would not continue to stress his finance team for me to tell him I am not interested. Definitely go here if you want to waste your time!! More

Bought my car back in November & the next day there was an issue with the breaks & I had to wait over a week to get it fixed. My main issue has been that I was never asked if I wanted the extended warranty an issue with the breaks & I had to wait over a week to get it fixed. My main issue has been that I was never asked if I wanted the extended warranty or gap insurance, it was just added on & when I called to cancel it 3 days later I was told I had to come in & sign a cancellation letter & when I did I was told it would come off my loan in 60-90 days. Its been over 90 days & everytime I call to check on it I get hung up on or told someone will call me back & they dont. Ive also been treated poorly by the staff being told “its not like it makes your monthly payment lower” & “you know you dont get to use that money right, it just comes off the loan”. Sales staff is SUPER friendly when they want your business but doesnt follow through with anything after. More

Do NOT buy from this place unless you read every single paper. Do NOT give them the tittle to your trade in vehicle untill you get yours for your car. We traded in our vehicle as a downpayment. 30 days later temp tags expired, dealer wont return our calls about tittle or when they do just tell us it was "delayed" a couple days, call dmv find out dealer has a lein on tittle of the car we "purchased" still from previous owner/bank(illegal)Dealer wanted us to lie to bank, we didnt & dealer ended up not accepting banks new terms so we were denied. They ask us to bring their vehicle back(45 days later) or they would call police on us, but they already sold our trade In vehicle & we would not get our vehicle back(illegal again). Now with 2 kids I am without a vehicle because they are unprofessional & absolutely disgusting, If you have had these issues, I would reccomend that you contact the attorney general's office of consumer complaints like I did, they will & need to be held accountable. Keep all text, receipts & record conversations they will come in handy More
