This resulted in engine stalling and had very bad affect on starting and idle. 2. Service reported heater hose leaking and needed to be replaced. Hose was replaced but the new hose was connected to badly worn heater "T" fitting that was actual cause of leakage in the first place. This caused an overheat condition along with Vacuum leak. This Cadillac is a limousine and it cost me $300 in lost customer ,plus great embarrassment to myself and my business image. 3. I will not return to Vacaville Buick GMC, obviously their principal interest is not quality but quantity! More
I want to thank Vacaville GMC for being so professional and sincere. They did a great job helping me out when I bout my Certified pre-owned 1500 Sierra over the weekend. This is my first car I have ever purchased and I feel like the other dealers sensed that and tried to take advantage of me, but you can’t B.S. a B.S.er ; - ) finally got fed up and went back to searching on google which then I found Vacaville GMC and even though they knew it as my first time, the sales guy actually started giving ME advice for what to look for and what to ask! I was really happy and when I called my parents to tell them what I just bought and for what, even my dad was surprised and said “that’s a real deal” I am really happy, this was my first buy and not my last, but this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship! I have family in the area that have purchased cars from Vacaville GMC and I came in for a test drive and drove home in a 1500 sierra. From the beginning to the end of the process the employees here were up Vacaville GMC and I came in for a test drive and drove home in a 1500 sierra. From the beginning to the end of the process the employees here were upfront honest and managed not to tick off my dad for once, I was dreading the moment my dad sat down to negotiate and hung out with my sisters outside. I went to buy a new GMC truck and was mislead on the price by the sales manager over the phone and the owners Eleanor and Larry Felbaum told me the manager was an honest guy and they "NEVER HAD THAT PRO price by the sales manager over the phone and the owners Eleanor and Larry Felbaum told me the manager was an honest guy and they "NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE" . After I refused to take delivery of the truck Larry called me up and threatened to sue me and later called my wife's phone and also threatened her and made her cry. I diffently wouldn't buy the truck now and Larry continued to call me so I contacted the local police department to finally get the phone calls to stop. More
I had a very pleasent shopping experience purchasing a 2011 Sierra at the dealership. I highly recommend that you ask to deal with ARIA RASSULE when purchasing a vehicle. I did not have to hassle with the purchase price of the truck. I was able to negotiate directly with ARIA;therefore,avoiding the hassle of having to spend hours at the dealership. I shopped around for the best deals, and ended up at Vacaville because of their large selection of inventory. More
Worst Dealership I have ever experienced. I was treated like royalty when I bought my car there (no surprise). But that was it. Started having issues with my radio going out. Turned it in over 7 times in a like royalty when I bought my car there (no surprise). But that was it. Started having issues with my radio going out. Turned it in over 7 times in a 3 month period. Still couldn't fix it. They did however manage to put a nice gash in the side of my door. They did pay for it, however paint job was cheap and you can see where the body work was done. On my last visit, I was called 2 weeks AFTER my car was fixed. Since I was in a rental, they said I had to pay for last 2 weeks. After showing them proof they didn't call me, they said "Sorry, but that issue is now between you and the rental car agency" So after the dealership put me in a rental, it was now my problem to get my money back from a company that had nothing to do with the issue. Talk about pawning your problems onto someone else!!! But this is not the scariest part of it all!! After contacting GM with the issue, they said there's nothing they can do since the dealership is privately owned. I was on my own with this incompetent dealership's mechanics and bad customer care practices. I will continue to elevate and spread this complaint for as long as I have to for them to acknowledge their fault in this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND GM!!! (Oh yeah....the radio still doesn't work!) More
