Something is Missing in the way they do business I traded my Cadillac ATS in and the trade in they offered was a few thousand less than three other dealers. I took the deal because the LEXUS we were I traded my Cadillac ATS in and the trade in they offered was a few thousand less than three other dealers. I took the deal because the LEXUS we were interested in was a few thousand less than a few others we looked at, so it seemed to come out even enough. We bought our last Volkswagon at a Volkwagon dealer and our Cadillac at a Cadillac dealer. This is the last time I will buy a car that is not sold from the dealer that makes them and stands behind the cars. This dealer was far more aggressive about selling us extended services and products than customer service. I think that the VW and the Cadillac service providers were always helpful and concerned about us getting the best deal for us and making sure our warranties paid for repairs and that we left happy and spent as little money as possible. They stood behind the name and it showed. This car dealership charged me for too many extras including a 5000 dollar extended warranty when the car only had 20,000. It is difficult to get them to take 10,000 worth of extras they charged and I have to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I was also promised free gas and free oil changes which appear to have been added to my loan at a hefty charge. I hope they realize someday that happy customers are better for business. I only put FAIR for quality of work because the display screen was too damaged to see the screen so we thought. I was getting ready to make an appt. with Lexus and bought car cleaning wipes and was able to rub hard enough and long enough to get the caked on junk blocking the screen display off. I think it could have and should have been cleaned better when they sold it. I assumed the screen was damaged and so did they when I asked. The screen display was distorted looking in the sun only. This happened in my Cadillac and they replaced the screen with no problem, so I assumed it was the same situation. . More

Excellent Service for my HHR I read other reviews before deciding to write this one. My experience was much different than many that I read. I did not purchase my vehicle from B I read other reviews before deciding to write this one. My experience was much different than many that I read. I did not purchase my vehicle from Buick GMC of Vacaville. But this dealership will provide service for all GM vehicles including Chevrolet and Cadillac. But when I am in this area of California, and because they provided me with excellent emergency service in the past, I take my HHR to them rather than the local Chevrolet dealership. The Service Advisor check-in personnel and the Shop Technicians are EXCELLENT! They actually talk WITH the customer and not AT or DOWN to the customer! The check-in process can be a bit slow and I would recommend adding a bit of time for the check-in to be completed. This is a computer issue because of a server problem that slows the check-in process immensely. Work performed on my vehicle has been EXCELLENT! The car is clean when delivered back to me, work accomplished is explained, if necessary and any future work that is deemed important is identified and explained. I can't fault Buick GMC of Vacaville for anything dealing with my repair experience except a really slow computer system. Management should look into getting a new system now that the local golf course has been closed! The work performed on my 2011 HHR at Buick GMC of Vacaville has been TOP-NOTCH! That's why I keep coming back! More

Let me explain to you their methods of getting you in a car outside of your price range. They WILL NOT work with you on the price at all, what they WILL do is adjust the rates to get the payment where you want them. Great, right? Wrong. Don't listen they are suckering you in. Allow me to elaborate. My dad and I were discussing financing with our sales person Paulo. He's playing the, "Let me talk to my manager" game, and my dad draws the line at $349 a month. He goes back to the manager, comes back, says, "I don't know how he did it, but congratulations." Oh no Paulo, I know exactly how he did it. They adjusted the rate to something they knew we couldn't get as opposed to keeping the same interest rate and coming down on the price of the car. Now, why? They knew they weren't going to move that car to us at a dollar over $349 a month, but maybe if I had already driven the car for a week my dad might budge. So they want to raise my rates by $13 a month. No big deal financially for me, the problem here is morally I don't want to support a shady business. So, of course I should just return the car and take my money else where. Wrong. They ran both my credit and my dad's credit through 10+ banks and murdered both of our credit scores. Now even with proof of income and a down payment I'm not going to be able to find financing any where else. Whatever, I want the Buick anyways and I know I'll be able to refinance in a few months. And this isn't Paulo's fault really, how am I supposed to know if he was already aware of this. He was actually pretty cool through the whole process. Steven, the financing guy was also pretty cool. The bottom line is I know the route they took to make this sale, and that's truly weak in spirit. I'm going in today, and they NEED to come down on this price and put my payments where I want them. At this point I have almost no leverage. I just hope now that they do the right thing. Would be 1 star if I wasn't treated so well by the staff initially, but when you have money in your pocket and you're here to buy a car of course everyone is going to be friendly. Here comes the true test, how professional will they be when they have my hands tied. More

But afterwards, your an annoyance if you need something fixed. Took my truck in several times under warranty for repairs. They failed to fix anything then give attitude to me. They won't return any calls. Had my truck for 2 weeks with not a single update or courtesy call. They told my my red toyota tacoma wasn't under factory warranty to sell me there's. I took it to toyota and they confirmed it still has a warranty for 40k more miles or til 2018. And they also told me my truck has been modified. But the salesman chris said it was bone stock. Liars cheaters and thiefs. More
