It took 3-visits to this service center to fix the door-lock problem. And during this time, the extended warranty expired, which cost me an additional $1400 out of my pocket. door-lock problem. The worst new car buying experience in 50 years of buying new vehicles. The salesman, Jazz A, lied to me about the options on the vehicle. We discussed over the phone what options the new vehicle had and w new vehicles. The salesman, Jazz A, lied to me about the options on the vehicle. We discussed over the phone what options the new vehicle had and which ones it did not have installed. It wasn't until I got new vehicle home that I noticed the fifth wheel hitch option was missing. I needed the fifth wheel hitch to pull my 32 foot fifth wheel travel trailer. I reached out to the salesman and he advised they would take care of the issue and "make it right". They ordered the parts to correct the issue, and had it installed. Now, they are saying I owe the dealership for the parts, $1,100. The salesman is now saying he advised the new truck did not have the fifth wheel hitch (which was a lie) and that I stated I approved of the new truck without the fifth wheel hitch. I told him that I needed the fifth wheel hitch to pull my trailer and that I would have declined to purchase the truck with no fifth wheel hitch. The salesman was not knowledgeable about the vehicle or the options installed on the new vehicle he was trying to sell. Yes, I should have verified all the options on the new vehicle before the purchase but I incorrectly trusted the salesman to follow through on his promise as a representative of the dealership. Needless to say, I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I caution anyone else to think twice about buying from this dealership. More
I've had weird experiences at this dealership as when I bought my car I was told that it had some 100 point inspection and come to find out none of it was really done and then I bring my car in for service bought my car I was told that it had some 100 point inspection and come to find out none of it was really done and then I bring my car in for service and they tell me I need struts on the front of my car and come to find out that wasn't even the problem and then they still wanted to charge me for it however I still had to pay for the struts as they wouldn't credit me for that More
