The experience I had with Joyce Buick was a very positive experience and I could tell from the first phone call I made to the dealership. I had been looking for a Traverse for a few months and Joyce caught experience and I could tell from the first phone call I made to the dealership. I had been looking for a Traverse for a few months and Joyce caught my eye with the exceptional price, over $2,000 below other Traverse's that I had looked at. I am over 2 hours away so I called and spoke with Eric Pittman who was very helpful. He eamiled me more information and photos on the Traverse within minutes of our conversation. I was in touch with him several times throughout the week until I had the time to make the trip to see the vehicle.I looked at the other vehicles similar to the Traverse, but the Traverse stood out because of the excellent condition it was in for a used vehicle and the low miles and the color that I was looking for. I was able to explore the Traverse, ask questions, test drive and felt no pressure. When I did say that I was interested, the salesman asked me what I wanted my next step to be, he didn't try to get me in and out. The staff was very courteous and helpful as we waited for paperwork. I was impressed that the Eric, the manager and other staff stuck around after hours so that I didn't have to make another trip.
