He answered all my questions and explained everything throughly. Brian Joyce came over to talk with me and insure that I was pleased with the contract and experience. Jim Mason even came in on his vacation on Monday to let me drive the car & discuss the contract and came back today to deliver the car and explain all the features. They were very fair with my trade in and I was happy with the contract. Lisa Wenzel, Finance Manager, handled the lease agreement and was very knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Everyone there was friendly and the dealership had a nice appearance. My husband has purchased his cars from Joyce for years so I know how good the service department is and that is very important to us.
