Mark was easy to work with and has an excellent knowledge of the product, GMC pickup, that I was interested in. He did a great job of explaining how the electronics operated. I was unfamiliar with the Bluetooth system. On the way home I was able to use the system with no problem. Mark took the time and never rushed during the entire buying process. I live in Lima, OH and when my GMC was ready to pick up, I had no way to get to Mansfield due to my wife being out of town. Mark arranged to have a driver transport me from my home in Lima to Mansfield. That was so helpful to say the least! I also worked with Jim Mason also an excellent person to work with. Lisa Wenzel was the person who explained the financial and warranty wording ect. Lisa was also excellent to work with and has an excellent knowledge of the different warranty's available. As a customer these people made me feel at ease during the entire process. Without a doubt, I will purchase my next vehicle from Joyce! More
