Years later, we began bringing our Saturn there for servicing when they were the area Saturn dealership. It was now time to trade in our Saturn for a newer vehicle, and my wife was interested in finding a late model Cruze. I began searching for late model, low mileage Cruzes, and Joyce Buick had the absolute cleanest, and at the very best prices. I basically knew that we would be buying a Cruze from Joyce Buick. At our first visit, we met Byron Christian and he was so helpful and no pressure that it was like talking with a good friend. Several days later, we returned to test drive our selection; Byron arranged for us to bring our Cruze home for a few hours; and we returned later that afternoon to complete our purchase. In the meantime, Byron had our Saturn appraised; offered us a good price for it; and I was perfectly pleased with their asking price on the Cruze. Byron handled the whole process smoothly and easily.
