First, this dealership is more than an hour from where I Iive, but they had the exact vehicle I wanted. I thought at first that the distance might be a problem, but the folks at Joyce made it easy from the get-go. Stacy's customer service is just great. She was ALWAYS available every time I wanted to speak with her, and was super quick to respond in great detail when I asked a question to compensate for the fact that I couldn't go see the car. She and I worked together for about a week to get the details worked out, and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. When it came time to actually do the deal, Mark was so polite and easy to work with! He had all the paperwork ready and I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. Even after the deal was closed, Stacy continued to follow up on any questions I had, and we stayed in touch through the very quick delivery of some floor mats she ordered for me. Absolutely wonderful experience with this dealership, and would highly recommend working with Stacy and Mark! More
