He was also thorough in determining what we were shopping for. The quality of the vehicle he showed us and the price was perfect. He did not waste our time showing us a lot of other vehicles. We were not prepared to purchase the vehicle right away so I asked Zech to give me a call later. Zech returned my call, the vehicle we looked at before was gone, and my needs changed. Just like before he had the perfect vehicle in mind. My wife and I reviewed the vehicle online and were convinced that it was the right one. We visited the dealership the next day and took the car for a test drive. The car had a single owner and all of the services were completed at Joyce Buick. It was a no brainer for us.
