signed the papers, took my money. I'm not new to Rimrock Auto, I've bought three different trucks from them. Sadly that will be the last. We came to a deal on a 2016 Sierra, however it I'm not new to Rimrock Auto, I've bought three different trucks from them. Sadly that will be the last. We came to a deal on a 2016 Sierra, however it was not on the lot. They were doing a dealer trade on the pickup. They originally told me it would be hear by the end of the week. Three days went by and they told me they no longer could get the truck that we had already purchased and made the first month's payment on. They had no proplem cashing my check before they even knew if they could get the truck. I felt like everything that came out of there mouths were lies. I went in over a week later to get my money back and they said they will mail it to me.... Really! More

From brake service to new car purchase We were traveling around the country from Florida and to avoid an accident I "stood on the brakes" at 70 mph. We stopped at Rimrock Cadillac in Billings, Mt. for service. While waiting, I met Jacob Clark from the sales dept. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I am 69 and not real computer savvy. Thankfully Jacob has a knack for teaching and making things simple. We had looked at and priced an XTS in Florida but decided to put the 12,000 miles on our "old" car before trading. Rimrock had an XTS with all wheel drive, unavailable at the Fl. dealership. Jacob and General sales manager Mitch Morgan promised to make it worth our while to buy in Montana. We have bought many cars and truthfully, this purchase was the easiest, most "haggle free" transaction of them all. We know the price and trade-in value was better than in Florida. My wife mentioned we were actually smiling and laughing through the whole transaction. Even the paper work with Jim Crittenden was made fast and simple. I don't think we sat down for more than 30 minutes total with all parties. I worked with Doug Quast on the purchase of a 2014 gmc sierra and i couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out with it. I was able to try it out for a day and wanted to think about it after i sierra and i couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out with it.
