Excellent customer service. I had been shopping for a car for awhile before making an inquiry online to Rimrock. He also assured me that he would be able to help despite my bad credit. After a little had work Joseph set me up with finance manager Charles and he went to work getting me finanaced. With Joseph and Charles working hard for me I was able to buy a 2014 Kia Forte. The car has everything I was looking for and more. It's fun to drive and exceeds my expectations. In both cases the dealer who was recommended for the recall repair was uncooperative and did not follow up with calls etc. Rimrock Auto responded immediately, had the part available for the repair and while I waited in a very comfortable lounge, my car was not only repaired but also washed before it was returned to me. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend Rimrock Cadillac to anyone looking for a quality car repair service. More
