This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. It appeared small, like a one man show. He wasn’t very professional, wouldn’t look us in the eyes when he spoke to us. I just purchased a vehicle from here, and will have to say it was a great experience. I was looking around online and came across their ad. Upon reaching out to Katie I let her know I lived over 4 hour say it was a great experience. I was looking around online and came across their ad. Upon reaching out to Katie I let her know I lived over 4 hours away and was a little skeptical about wasting my time and a friends time making the drive. She face timed with me showing me all around the car, sent more photos, and even took it to a nearby shop for me to get a pre-purchase inspection done on it. After looking over everything I decided to make the drive. Upon arrival she was just as nice in-person as she was over the phone. When it comes to the car, I'd have to say it was exactly as she described it. Thank goodness! About 2 hours after I left she called me to inform me she forgot to give me the spare key and was going to mail it to me. I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. More

Not Recommended I refinanced the vehicle that I bought here within 45 days of purchasing it. Great prices, lots of mechanical issues! Save your time, the competitive pricing isn't worth the drive! I drove from the southside of Indianapolis to look at 2 Buick Enclaves, one white FWD a Save your time, the competitive pricing isn't worth the drive! I drove from the southside of Indianapolis to look at 2 Buick Enclaves, one white FWD and the other black AWD with DVD system one year older (both similar mileage and price). Considering they looked great online and had good reviews, figured I'd run by after work to look at both. When arriving I met the finance manager (I can't recall his name), and explained I wanted to look at both vehicles. Being it was late I only had time to look at one (black AWD with DVD system) however did get an opportunity to test drive. Drove great, looked great on the inside (just normal wear and tear). However when I got back I looked underneath and noticed oil leaking near the front end of the vehicle between both front tires. Considering, I went inside and told the finance manager there was a leak hoping they might fix it (as I really liked the vehicle and how it drove, especially for the price!). He immediately said no as there was no leak, stating all vehicles undergo a detailed inspections to assure there are no problems. I assured him there was, but he continued to disagree. Instead of arguing I let him know I'd be interested in coming back to look at the newer model. At that time we chatted for a good 20 minutes, and before I walked out I asked if he got a chance to look at the vehicle I brought in (09' civic). He said he did, however not completely but did notice the idle ran extremely rough stating something must be wrong. Concerned, I told him I'd get it checked out as it was just in for an oil change. Before finishing my sentence he interrupted asking where, I stated CarX. He immediately said "oh, that's the worst place to take your car! That's like taking your car down the street to this tire place asking them to do an inspection," not realizing I just had the starter replaced as well as battery at Rudy's Automotive on the southside of Indy. I told him we have a mechanic as well only take the vehicle to CarX for oil changes, so we'll just have him check it out before I come back (as I wanted as much money on the trade as I could). When going back after getting my vehicle checked (which came back with no issues), I met Katie. I told Katie I had already looked at the black Buick Enclave and wanted to check out the white one. Test drove it, seemed great. Considering the oil leak on the previous vehicle I asked if I could run it by my mechanic, she said no problem and took Rudy's information. When getting it to Rudy's automotive 4 codes came back, I can't recall exactly however Rudy told me only the dealership could fix this problem and it potentially could run a group grand. Not to mention being it had 85k miles, it would need timing belt and or chains (I can't recall which or if both) which would cost another 1-2k in a year. So his advise was unless it was a steal, run unless they're willing to repair. Went ahead and took back to G5 explaining the codes including providing them (as it was apparent whomever is doing their inspections is obviously missing very obvious mechanical issues), asking once again if they'd be willing to repair. The finance manger came out and said "absolutely not," however Katie immediately interrupted saying she would have no problem getting someone to look at it and call us back once it was fixed. This was over 5 weeks ago, and neither vehicles are for sale to date which tells me more than likely they sold both vehicles knowingly to someone with problems. In today's society too many people are in debt, and this is the last thing someone needs when purchasing a new vehicle in hopes to better their life. It sickens me knowing there are people out there like this, willing to do anything to make a buck. I'd be embarrassed to own or be associated with this business!!!! Trust me, SAVE THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If the company or any employees are reading this, if you have any value or self respect FIND ANOTHER JOB where you don't have to lie to make money! I hope this review finds many, and saves them from the same hassle and lies we were told. Not to mention the rude finance manger which later stated he knew NOTHING about vehicles (as he joked he's been in financing for 20+ years)! More
