He and his sales manager, Dustin, negotiated with him until he was comfortable. Keep in mind we can be very indecisive and hesitant, especially with a big purchase like, a new car. Myself and the rest of the family who accompanied him were well taken care of with waters, warm hot chocolate, and available snacks. Jay is AMAZING! I was recently in a bad car accident that totaled my car. I was enjoying having no car payments! But, a teenage driver texting on the freeway in the rain while speeding decided I need a car payment. I really wasn't looking forward to dealing with a dealership and haggling with someone. I went into Future Nissan of Roseville hoping to look around with out someone jumping at me and pushing me towards cars I couldn't afford. I could see a lot of the sales men watching us but no one ran up to us right off the bat. I got my few minutes of looking around and Jay Hassine approached me. Very nice guy. He asked what I was looking for and I explained my situation and what I was looking for. First car he showed me was "the one". Really low miles, good gas, roomy enough for my two kids, very tall husband and 3 dogs. 2015 Rogue with only 14,000 miles on it and for a FANTASTIC price. Jay made sure I was well taken care he even helped entertain my two kids who get bored easy. Jay is definitely a great asset to Nissan of Roseville. I highly recomend him and the Roseville dealership to everyone and I will be coming back the next time I need a car for my family. More

I appreciate these guys!! I have been to this location a number of times over the years to use the Service department for my Armada. I am amazed at how quick and attentive they I have been to this location a number of times over the years to use the Service department for my Armada. I am amazed at how quick and attentive they are - Jeff Cullivan was at my door already knowing why I came in for service and took great care of me...THEN, I asked his opinion on the Nissan vehicles compared to the Acura and Honda products- he gave me such helpful info and then when I mentioned I have been shopping for cars and plan to buy within the next few months, he offered to set me up with Will in sales to answer more questions. Will LaGuerre was awesome- and made my day- so much so I decided to go ahead and buy a Murano after making comparisons and test drives. He was totally straightforward in answering my questions and I was pretty strict about my budget and he and Kevin the Sales manager made it work. I never felt I had to haggle I just told them my limits and they took care of me. This is a great dealership- they run it WELL with a complete focus on customer service. I am now owning my Third Nissan product - namely because I like this dealership! More
