I was recommended to come to Nissan Folsom by someone else. However , upon completing my visit I was not satisfied. When I picked up my car it was completely black inside. My floor mats and carpets were else. However , upon completing my visit I was not satisfied. When I picked up my car it was completely black inside. My floor mats and carpets were completely black , my seats had black on them , my dashboard had black on it , my doors had black on them. It was filthy inside ! Clearly they did not take my mats out or use the plastic they are supposed to put down. I was so shocked they even let me pick my car up like this. I expressed to the sales representative that was helping me , Justin Clay , about my concerns and he said he would resolve the problem but never followed through. I also contacted the sales manager at Nissan Folsom to share my concerns with him and he said he would gave the service manager contact me and he never followed through either. The service manager never contacted me. The customer service is horrible ! I paid $1200 to fix my car and I can’t believe they left it so dirty and allowed me to pick my car up looking like this. I took pictures and can send them in. I would like someone to contact me about my concerns and ACTUALLY resolve the issue. More

Nissan of Folsom isn't even the closest Nissan dealer to where I live. The extra drive time to go to Folsom is certainly worth it.
