I called the above number, but without a person to connect with (other than Aaron) - I didn't know who else to reach out to. I did speak with Aaron from your facility - the service manager. I was not impressed with his CYA attitude and his statement that I drove the car over 1200 miles and I caused the deformed tabs myself (as they were not there when I initially brought the car in - according to Aaron). The mileage that was entered on the first visit August 11th was not entered correctly. They just pulled the mileage from my visit on June 16th. At the August 31st visit - the mileage they entered was correct, but the 1200 cumulative miles was from June 16th - August 31st. (over 2.5 months). I only drive 500-600 miles in any month max. I "maybe" put 100 miles on the car between the August 11 visit and the August 31st visit" - - not 1200 miles as Aaron stated (as my husband got a new work truck and we are driving it mostly now). My biggest peeve is that the blame of only putting in the bracket ($18.30) and then charging $166.70 for labor... You claim that all you did was put in a new bracket per my directive. I said I only needed a bolt. You said, well we will take a look at it and let you know what it needs. Then you came back and stated it needed a bracket.... at that time, YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE DEFORMED TABS and that the bracket would not make a difference. Because you wrote - recommend replacing the bracket so the bumper is properly secured. Obviously if I had deformed tabs, the bracket would NEVER be secure - but I was never told about it until I brought it back. And then I basically got the brush off - waited about an hour and they came and said I needed to go to a body shop and get a new fender because I had deformed tabs. Well, those deformed tabs sure as heck didn't deform by themselves and within a couple of weeks. I only checked to make sure the fender looked correct BEFORE I left the dealer on August 11th - and if you push on the fender gap it temporarily goes into place. I never looked at it again once we got home and until about a week later my husband noticed it popped out again. So... then I made an appointment for the following week.
