Great service. Lost 4 bars of battery on my 2016 Leaf within the warranty period. Brought the car in for a replacement battery. The gave me a loaner vehicl while they ordered and installed my new battery within the warranty period. Brought the car in for a replacement battery. After a week, they called me back, said they installed a brand new upgraded 40kwh battery (the kind that's supposed to be for the 2018 model)!
